Consumers Want More Features From E-Commerce Apps

Native apps for the broad, developing world of commerce is really in its infancy. There was a time when social media was thought to be understood and played out…until it wasn’t. It became something different because its impact on culture and how it was used changed over time. The same goes for mobile applications that can provide fast, novel, highly-personalized, & high-value experiences. Native itself may eventually go the by the wayside as cellular connection speeds increase and browser software gets greater access to hardware features.

But it’s really just semantics; what’s for sure is that we haven’t seen the beginning yet of mass, high-value, personalized mobile experiences. Every store you know has a Facebook page.  Sooner than later, they’ll all have apps.
